The hotel is located inside the Borgo di Rivalta, owned since the 13th century by the Zanardi Landi family, which, starting in the 1960s, has upgraded the entire complex by using it as a Hotel, Restaurant and cottage. A stone structure carved out of pre-existing buildings, the Residenza Hotel Torre di San Martino, a bit of a home, a bit of an Hotel, offers a new way of conceiving vacation and recreation

Inside the Borgo di Rivalta, you can find PALINA, the electric charging station to recharge your car or motorcycle. With two AC outlets, TYPE 2 Mennekes and TYPE 3A Scame Libera, recharging multiple vehicles, two- and four-wheelers, simultaneously will be very easy, with a power of 22kW THREE-PHASE 400V 32A - 7.4kW SINGLE-PHASE 230V 32A - 3.7kW SINGLE-PHASE 230V 16A
